It’s nice to take a bath or a shower after a long day of hard work; it can warm up and clean our body. However, bathing or showering is one of the biggest pitfalls in our daily lives that can cause illness.
The most common cause of our illness is “fatigue”.
Fatigue lowers our resistance towards disease, makes us more prone to infection, and we start losing concentration, which can make us more likely to have accidents.
