It’s nice to take a bath or a shower after a long day of hard work; it can warm up and clean our body. However, bathing or showering is one of the biggest pitfalls in our daily lives that can cause illness.

The most common cause of our illness is “fatigue”.

Fatigue lowers our resistance towards disease, makes us more prone to infection, and we start losing concentration, which can make us more likely to have accidents. The most common activities that cause fatigue in daily lives are: i) Bathing (including taking a shower), ii) Eating, iii) Climbing stairs. These are some things that we all do. However, it is important to recognize that these are the things that can easily use up our energy. But, what specifically is the factor that leads us to fatigue? For now, we will only talk about bathing and showering.
