In “3. Exercise and Breathing,” we discussed the importance of breathing while exercising. To achieve high-quality exercise, it is essential that movement and breathing are synchronized.

After proper breathing, the next most important factor is rest. The human body cannot endure prolonged exercise indefinitely—it requires adequate rest to recover and function optimally.
