At what time should we take a bath? – 2

Last time, we have talked about taking a bath at night, what about taking a bath in the morning?

Generally, taking a bath in the morning is not a good idea. However, it depends on how you take a bath. The best time is after sunrise. The temperature is lowest, and our body temperature is also very low in the morning that people often take a bath to warm up their cold bodies, but this can damage your heart. Here in Canada, the temperature is often lower than the body temperature, which makes it easier for the body to get cold. Since the temperature is high in summer, taking a bath in the morning is fine, but it can be a problem for those who work all day in an air-conditioned room. If you have night sweats in the summer and feel uncomfortable in the morning, taking a short bath in warm water or a short shower should do.

The ideal time to take a bath is when you have cleaned yourself and have lots of time to relax afterwards.

It would be even better if you can take a bath when the temperature does not get too low afterwards. ‘Before sunset’ is the key. Although it is almost impossible to do this in our modern lifestyle, I would love to live like this, at least during the weekends.
